  • Remove any visible obstructions in the service station and printing area
  • Also check the carriage belt
  • Ensure that it is tight and not in bad condition

  • You can use synthetic oil to clean the rod and make it smooth
  • Also, check the trailing cables so that these move freely when the carriage moves
  • Clean the Encoder Strip using a non-abrasive liquid and a dry cloth. Do not scratch it
  • Now, remove all the print heads (PH).
  • For this, open the blue latch and lift up the carriage cover. With the help of the blue handle on every PH, lift and take the PHs out.
  • Once the PHs have been removed, close the carriage cover
  • Leave the carriage in the middle of the printer
  • Close the Window
  • Reconnect the power cord
  • Restart the printer
  • Wait for the message “insert the PHs”
  • Reinstall the PH
  • Close the cover
  • Now give the print command

Your printing error is resolved if the insert PH message is displayed. If this does not appear, it means the error problem is still there. Disconnect, reconnect and restart the printer a number of times. If the error still persists, call for technical support.
