Try the following methods to solve the issue:
Method 1: Restart the entire system
- Switch off your computer
- Switch off the router
- Switch off the printer
- Now, switch on the computer, router and the power one after the other
Method 2: Hold the power button
- While the printer is still ON, disconnect the power cable from the printer
- If there are any other cables connected with the printer, disconnect them
- Reconnect the power cable to print
- Press and hold the printer’s power button for few seconds
Method 3: Reset the printing system

- Select Remove Device
- Your printer is now installed

Go to control panel and print a Wireless Network Test report. Check the following on the Wireless Network Test report

- Make sure your wireless router is functioning properly

- If you have a dual band router, make sure it is set to the 2.4 GHz band. If your router is set to the 5 GHz band, the printer cannot connect to the network.
