1. Update the firmware

Know your current version

- Now disconnect power cord from the rear of the PRINTER. Also unplug the power cord from the wall.
- Wait for a minute before you plug back the printer both to the wall as well as the rear of the printer.
- Turn the printer on if it does not on automatically.
