Method 1- Reset the printer
- Follow the following procedure to reset your printer:

I. Removal of print head
- Load unused white paper in the input tray

- Wait until the cartridges move to the left and the carriage is silent and idle
- Lift the latch handle on the carriage and grasp the sides of the print head
- Lift the print heads and pull it towards yourself

II. Inserting the new print head
- Remove the new print head from the plastic packaging
- Grasp the print head on both the sides with the electrical contacts pointing towards the rear side of the printer
