Methods for fixing the issue

  1. Fix 1: If power light blinks

    ☑ First you need to wait for the product to process and finish the current print job
    ☑ If the issue gets resolved then stops the troubleshooting and if it prevails then continue with the next solution.
    ☑ Check and ensure that the access door of the printer is closed. If not then close it and then check if the issue persists or not. If yes then go to the next step.

  2. Fix 2: If one or both of the Cartridge Status lights are blinking

    A: Restart the printer
    ☑ First you need to turn OFF the printer then wait for about one minute then again restart the printer.
    ☑ Now wait until it will get ready for the print. Then try to print and check whether the issue is resolved or not? In case you are facing the same error, then you can proceed with the next step.

    B: Clear any paper jams
    ☑ First you need to check and remove any loose paper from the tray if any.
    ☑ Then remove any loose sheets of paper from the input tray and the output tray.

    C: Check and examine that the cartridge moves freely
     ☑ First check the access path the open the front access door> the carriage might move to the center of the product. Wait until it is idle and silent before proceeding.
    ☑ Now turn OFF the printer and then remove the stuck or torn paper if any.
    ☑ Then try to move the cartridge and check whether it is moving smoothly or not? If not then try to move it until the cartridge starts to move smoothly. Once done, now close the access door and turn ON the printer then try to print again.
    ☑ Once done, now you need to check whether the issue is resolved or not? In case you find that the issue is resolved then you again then reconnect the USB cable.
    ☑ If the issue persists then you can continue with the next solution.

    D: Reset the printer
    ☑ First you need to turn ON the print > then disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
    ☑ Now you need to remove the power cord from the printer’s rear and then from the main electrical socket.
    ☑ Now you need to wait for about 30 seconds before proceeding.
    Once done now again plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
    ☑ After that you need to reconnect the power cord to the printer.
    Now you need to turn ON the printer.

    E: Check and reset the USB cable connection
    ☑ First you need to ensure that the USB cable is connected properly to the printer and to the computer. If there are no loose connections then there might be chances that the cable is faulty. Try to use a new USB cable and then perform a test print.
