Fix 1) using genuine cartridges

HP printers always recommend using the original cartridge for smooth working and also to avoid any issues that generally arise due to the cheap quality cartridge. Using the original cartridge will minimize the possibility of printing errors and also helps with the longevity of printers.

Fix 2) Restart HP printer

Simply restarting the PC can solve many problems that generally arise in printers.

1)      Tap the power button of the device for a few seconds till it gets turned off.

2)      Remove the power cable & USB cable

2.      Click Print, or you can use the “Windows + P” key.

6.      Click the Properties button near the printer list. The Properties dialog box opens.

7.      Check the options on the property tabs to ensure that the appropriate color options radio button option is selected. If there is a checkmark on Print in Grayscale, un-select the box form print in gray option, and then click OK.

1.      First open the start menu of your printer and then go to its control panel.
