  1. Set up monitor
  2. If you are facing an issue while printing via your printer then check error indicator from the printers’ control panel. You can also refer the booklet provided with the printer to solve printer related problems.
  3. In case the error occurs due to ink cartridge then you can all follow given below steps to resolve the issue.
  4. Checking status monitor for windows
  5. First click twice on the printer’s“shortcut” icon from the “window” taskbar.
  6. Now from “shortcut” icon > add “shortcut” icon on the windows taskbar.
  7. Once done, now go to the “printer driver”> press“maintenance” option > click on “Epson status Monitor 3”.
  8. You have to manually monitor and analyse multiple monitor status such as ink level, print queue and so on. In case your printer facing issue while printing then Epson status monitor 3 will pop-up and display an error message.
  9. Checking status monitor for Mac OS X
  10. First you need to access the “Epson printer utility” or “driver”.
  11. Once done, now you need to click on the “Epson status monitor” option. Once the Epson status monitor will get appear > check the ink level and information.

  32. In case the issue is still persists then you can uninstall and reinstall the printer software.
