1. Switch on your printer.

2. Insert the A4 size plain paper in the input tray of the printer.

3. On the computer launch the application of HP solution center.-If you are using a computer that has a windows operating system then get the application from the start menu then “Programs” and at last click on HP.

4. Now go to the settings and select print settings that are given in the HP solution center.

5. Then, go to the printer toolbox and click on it. The toolbox of the printer will be there on screen.

Reset your HP Printer

 1. Firstly turn on your HP printer.

2. Then, remove the power cord from the back of your printer and the printer remains on.

3. Now disconnect the power cord of your printer from the wall outlet.

4. Wait for 15 seconds and then connect it back again to the wall outlet.

5. To fix the HP printer alignment issue, connect the power wire to the printer again.

2. Check the paper and make sure that it is not used before and the size of the paper is A-4.If your paper used, color or photo then this makes your printer go out of alignment.

3. Remove the used paper from the input tray and insert only the clean plain paper.

4. From your printer’s control panel home screen touch the right arrow select ‘’setup’’.

5. Now select ‘’Tools’’.

6. Touch the down error and select ‘’Align printer’’. Then the test alignment page will appear.

7. Then, open the printer head of your printer and on the scanner glass place the alignment test page.

8. You have to close the print head and then click on OK. Then the printer will scan the alignment page.

9. Check the alignment page that shows the series of marks that are black and blue in color.

10. Examine the colored marks and make sure that they are not inconsistent, faded or streaky. If colored marks are uneven then change the ink cartridges.

11. At last please examine that your printer is properly aligned and no error messages are appearing on the screen.
