HP Color LaserJet Enterprise m652 Series not Printing anything from Apple Devices

1. Checking the basic Things
   

   ◾ Make sure the printer is “ON” and have a proper power supply.
   ◾ Connect your printer to your system or any other device used to give commands for printing
   ◾ Ensure the proper working of the printer toner, paper, and the printer queue.    Fix 1) Reset the printing system
   
   Resetting the print system clears the old faulty error status. By resetting the printer it will make a new fresh start. Resetting the printer might help you to resolve various issues that generally occur in the printer.
   1. Click on the Apple menu, and then hit on the System Preferences option.
   2. Click on the “Print & Fax”, “Print & Scan”, or “Printers & Scanners” option depending on the apple device.
   3. Click anywhere inside the Printers Pane, and then hit on the Reset printing system button.
   4. Click Reset in the confirmation Pane.
   5. If it asks for user and Password then, Enter the Administrator name and password, and hit OK to complete the task.
   
   Fix 2)  Uninstall and reinstall the HP driver on Mac
   
   Some HP software components and drivers might have been installed incorrectly, or there might be missing files on drivers, even if the printer setup failed. Uninstalling software and reinstalling the software to clear any possible issues with your printer.
   1 .Click Finder in the Dock list.
   2. In the menu bar hit Go, select Applications, and then open the HP folder.
   3. If HP Uninstaller is present in the folder, then click on it to uninstall the software.
   4. If HP Uninstaller is not available in the folder, continue to the next step.
   5.Click and drag the HP Trash icon present in the Dock.
   6. In the menu bar, hit Go, and then Go to Folder, type /Library/Printers, and then hit Go.
   7. Again, Click and drag the HP or Trash icon present in the Dock.
   8. After that empty the Trash.
   9. Prepare the printer for the driver installation. Ensure that it is turned on, cartridges are installed, and plain paper is loaded in the printer tray.

   11.Follow the instructions to download and install the driver on your system. At the time of installation, select HP Smart or the full software option to get the most features out of your HP printer, and then follow the instructions to set up the printer connection.
