Your system needs Hardware check-Always ensure that the printer’s physically connected to cables and other external components.  Also, do the following:

1. Turn off your system, the printer and other external component attached to it. Remove the cables connected to the device and then wait for few minutes.

2. Attach all the cables now and restart your computer .Wait for the printer to remain idle and silent.

3. Also, try to test your printer by connecting it to another system. Assign a task to your printer in order to check the functionally.

Reboot Your Print Spooler Programme –The Spooler is a software program responsible for managing all the print jobs, which is being sent to the printers’, sever. The advanced interface lets a user delete a print job that is being assigned or it also manages the print jobs that are there to complete. There are chances that it has not been updated, or for instance post update, you might not have restarted your system. In case the error does not get resolved follow the steps mentioned below

1. Launch the run application by pressing windows key +R together.

2.  Type ‘services .msc’ together in the dialog box and hit enter.

3. Locate print spooler from the list services option available.

4. Double click on the Stop button located under the system status tab and press OK.

5. It will disable the print service until you reset it again, it will allow users to delete all the printing tasks assigned.

6. Go to This PC window .You can directly navigate to it by pressing windows Key + E together.

7. Fromthe range of options available.navigate system 32<Spooler<Printers.

8. For permission to the Printer’s folder go to the continue button.

9. Once you open the printer’s folder you would be having access to all the related files. Clean all the files from this folder to continue.

10. Launch the print spooler program again. Set the field of startup type as Automatic and do not change this.

11. After all these steps restart your device once to check whether the error has been eliminated or not.

If the error is still there then check the connections of the device whether it is properly connected or not to different ports. Now check printer configuration in the control panel application. Do the following:

1. Go to search tab by pressing Windows+S together.

2. Type Printer and Devices in the search bar to launch the control panel.

3. Go to the properties of the printer model by Right-clicking on it.

4. Check the box located next to the location of your printer.

5. After doing these steps, restart the device to see whether the error has been eliminated or not.

Resetting the printing system might help resolve issues .If you receive a printer offline message then click Print and Fax, print and scan, or printers and scanners. To reset the printer right click inside the window of printer then click on the reset printing system.
