Turn off the printer:

  2. Then turn the printer back on, now you will see cartridges start moving to the left.
  3. Just before the cartridges reach towards the left side, close the printer cover and leave the printer turned on.

Reset your print head:

  1. Simply turn off your canon printer and leave it off for a few minutes.
  2. Turn your printer on and see if the error is eliminated or not.

Removing and cleaning of print heads:

  1. Try cleaning your print heads connectors with cue tips and alcohol.
  2. Ensure that the connectors are completely dry before powering on your printer.
