Steps1: Cancel a print job from control panel

  • Open the print queue window click on the printer in the control panel and select see what’s printing. Click on the icon option and then print queue.
  • Now you will see a pending print job in queue. Click on the job option.
  • Try to delete all stuck print jobs.
  • To manage the entire queue click on the printer menu. To cancel all pending print job click on printer> cancel all documents.

Step2: Cancel a print job from window

  • Right-click the printer’s icon from the desktop’s taskbar. See your hp icon from the menu and click the little upward-pointing arrow.

  • Disconnect the USB wire from the printer in case your HP printer connects to the PC with a USB wire.
