What is Error A1-1110 in Samsung printer?

Samsung is one of the fastest printers in its class, making it an ideal choice for home or student. A1-1110 Samsung error can mean that the printer’s main motor cannot work. However, the error of A1-1110 may also occur due to other main reasons. Causes of Error A1-1110 in Samsung printer

Steps that can fix or troubleshoot the A1-1110 error 

To find out whether this is only a power outage problem or a specific part of the printer’s problem is the reason for fixing the Samsung printer error and A1-1110 error. Please follow the steps given below so that we can separate the Samsung printer error.

  1. Close the Samsung printer– Turn off the printer and unplug all the cables connected to it. Now you have to wait until the printer cools down. Then you need to again connect the power cord to the printer’s rear and to the main electrical socket. If error A1-1110 remains, refer to the next step then.
  2. A damaged OPC Coupler– The OPC coupler might be overloaded. To check and fix any problem in the OPC coupler then first you need to remove the toner cartridge and then carefully try to rotate the OPC coupler. If there is any damage and can’t turn the OPC coupler smoothly, then it should replace the toner cartridge.
  3. Check the wire connection– The printer’s main motor is not working. Samsung Printer Shows an Error A I-III0 also persists when there is a loose connectivity between the main motor and the main board. In order to check the connection, first you need to remove the right panel and the rear panel behind the printer and check if the cable connection is entered correctly. If in case you find that the same error still persists then you need to check the connection by changing the cable. Note: If the above steps are not working then you need to replace the motor.
  4. Error A1-1110 indicates a faulty motherboard– If you have changed the printer’s main motor and the printer still comes with the A1-1110 error, replace the printer’s main board.

Error #A1-1110: Turn off then on.

Check the below mentioned causes and fixes:

  1. There might be some chances that Harness is defective.
  2. Connector is not connected properly
  3. The OPC coupler in the toner cartridge has overloaded.
  4. Main BLDC motor is defective.
  5. The engine board present is defective.

Fix: First, turn the machine off then. If the error persists, refer to the following.

  1. Check and ensure that the motor is properly connected or not. If not, then reconnect it.
  2. OPC coupler has overloaded/damaged. You need to carefully remove the toner cartridge and check the coupler. 
  3. Main BLCD motor is defective– For this, you need to disconnect the connection and then carefully replace/change the motor.
  4. If you are still facing the same issue then you need to replace the “main board”.

Description: Main BLDC motor does not work normally.

Fix: 1. Turn off the machine and wait for about a minute then restart it again.

2.  If in case the issue still occurs then you need to replace the fuser unit and main drive unit.
