Lexmark also work in cloud which provide the flexibility to work from any part of the world. However, it’s a machine and also face some issue while printing. Such type of errors mostly get pop-up on the display panel and hinder the task. In order to fix printer error codes then you need to know about them in brief.
The list of Errors is following:
Error 20 & Error 200
- Input Paper Sensor is not actively functioning due to paper jam at the sensor
Error 21
- The exit sensor was not activated after the input sensor task was over.
Error 22
- The exit sensor was not activated on time.
Error 23
- Jam in duplex area. In this error paper does not leave the duplex entry senor on time.
Error 24
- Defined Paper is too small to printer information on a given format.
Error 25
- Input sensor does not activate on correct time. This can be possible if you are feeding paper manually while motor is running.
Error 27
- Paper loaded of wrong size.
Error 29
- The output bin sensor does not complete its task
Error 31
- The invalid size of paper is installed
Error 32
- The cartridge installed is not supported by printer
Error 36
- The sensor shows either the tray is empty or there might be a feed failure.
Error 37
- There is insufficient memory for printing any print job.
Error 38
- More space is required to print
Error 39
- The paper is complex to print something on it.
Error 40
- There is something functional error in printer.
Error 41
- The font size requested by the user is not present in the memory.
Error 43
- The font card that is installed is not supported by the printer
Error 51
- A fault arises in flash sim.
Error 53
- Unformatted or faulty Flash. There might be Flash issue at POR or at time of writing
Some Other Errors Are
Error 54
- Serial Error – There might be framing or parity error.
Error 58
- Duplex is electrically attached but it does not connect mechanically and printer top cover is closed
Error 62
- There is not enough disk memory to write something on it
Error 900
- This Error arises due to any hardware of network issue in printer.
Error 901
- This error represents Engine Flash error. It causes due to temporary faults in engine
Error 920
- Shows that the fuser is working below the temperature.
Error 921
- Indicates that fuser is under standby temperature when printer is idle
Error 925
- Invalid fuser had been installed in printer.
Some of the reasons are:
- The fuser has reached to standby temperature too fast
- Ensure the correct line voltage.
Error 928
- This error codes shows that either the erase lamp assembly is missing or detached.
Error 930
- Invalid Printhead is installed in the printer.
Error 939
- The communication between controller board and engine board is missing they both cannot communicate with each other.
Error 941
- Controller board might be defective replace the controller board
Error 948
- Indicates the PEL clock checker is failed, to remove this error replace the engine board.
Error 949
Indicates that there is delay in line calibration. Replace the engine board
Error 953
- Shows that the NVRAM chip on engine board is not working. Replace the engine board
Error 954
- Indicates that NVRAM chip on engine board is facing a CRC failure.
Error 956
- Indicates issue with Configuration Id. Setting the correct configuration id can resolve this error.
Error 960
- Shows that Dynamic RAM memory error on the controller board
Error 961
- The DIMM in Slot 1 is faulty. You have to replace the DIMM if this error still persists after replace DIMM then you have to replace the Controller board
Error 962
- The DIMM in Slot 2 is faulty. You have to replace the DIMM if this error still persist after replace DIMM then you have to replace the Controller board
Error 963
- The DIMM in Slot 3 is faulty. You have to replace the DIMM if this error still persists after replace DIMM then you have to replace the Controller board.
