Firstly click the Windows logo key + R together on the keyboard

Now type ‘Services.msc’ and press Enter to open the service window.
Click on print spooler.

Open file explorer and click on window logo key + E together.
Copy and paste %windir%\System32\spool\PRINTERS and click enter.
Delete all files and restore the service window.
Now double click the print spooler service and click the start button.
Click ok to close the dialog.
Now turn off your computer and printer.
After 1 min turn on your printer and computer.

Method 5:- Restore printer settings to default
