Fix- Firstly, you have to Disable Antivirus and Firewall-
- Click on firewall for windows by selecting system and security
- Choose the option for “Turn”.
- Select ‘On’ on the firewall settings window and click ‘Ok’ to save the changes.
- Choose ‘Devices and printers’ from the control panel.
- At last, you have to select antivirus installed On PC and click to remove button to disable it.

- Firstly open control panel and click to devices and printers. Then select the printer and uninstall it. Go to the start menu and select devices and printers and select add a printer.
- Click Add a local printer option in the printer. When new window opens check that ‘Use an existing port’ and ‘Recommended printer port Options’ are selected.
- Click on ‘Next’ to go to the printer’s driver page. Select the manufacturer and the model number of the printer in the list, then choose ‘Windows update’ to let windows check for additional drivers.

- Switch off the printer and computer. If the printer is connected to the wireless network through router, then make sure that the access point of the router is turned on.
- Ensure that the wireless network i.e. the SSID is set up correctly.
- Check that wireless name is correctly entered.
- If WPS is used to setup the network, then check if the router supports the WPS. Make sure that you have placed the printer and computer close to each other. Disable your WIFI and enable it after few minutes.
